Hello! Happy Sundayyyy!!
I don’t know about you guys but Sunday has been my favorite word ever since I started working full time. I work 6 days a week so Sunday is the ONLY day I get to sleep in. *sighh*
But I digress.
Here is a moisturizer that I picked up at Sephora. I think it was a reward from my beauty points..Not too sure. It’s a sample size so I’m pretty sure that’s where I got it..lol
Right off the bat one negative- Freaking silver colored font on silver packaging. Wtf bro I can’t see shit. Lol.
The packaging says (I think) “Instant burst of hydration for dry skin…brightens dull, lackluster skin..lasting moisturization..” Okay so my autocorrect is telling me that moisturization isn’t even a word lol.
I finished using the whole bottle which took me not even two months.
As you can see it comes out a white liquid that is very watery (which is good since that is what the product claims). On the flip side because it is watery it is also incredibly thin in consistency. If I were you I’d put on two layers of this in these winter months~
It had little to no scent which I liked and the bottle itself was very nice. Firm and sturdy. I kept losing the screw top whenever I used the product but that’s because I’m scatter brained lol.
This here is my wrist after application. Dries clear and dries fast. My skin does feel smooth after applying 🙂 It doesn’t leave any grease or filmy texture afterwards which is also a plus.
This Water Drop Moisturizer should definitely be somewhere in the middle of your skin routine. After eye cream but before final lotion or cream.
Back of the bottle for those who want to read the label! If you can read it that is….Not very visible. Dr Jart, you make hella good products but this was a fail LOL.
Okay if you wanna buy this in full size be my guest but I just looked it up and it’s freaking $36. Holy shit. For ONE MOISTURIZER?? In my honest opinion this was a nice product but I would never pay $36 for this unless it was a 500 ounce bottle. Like you gotta give me massive amounts of product for that price. Yikes..
I’m a little disappointed it costs so much.. Try buying it elsewhere I’m sure you can find another online retailer with a cheaper price (Ulta and Sephora always have higher prices for products compared to smaller retailers).
Let me know if you find it someplace cheaper!!
Until next time guys!!
I’ve always been curious to try Dr. Jart products – I think I have a sample size of a primer. Maybe I will go ask for a sample at Sephora before I take the plunge!
Thanks for honest review!
