::HUNNYYHOLIDAYS:: Day 3-Winter Skincare Routine!

PhotoGrid_1483752849418Sunday Sunday! Day 3 of BLOGMAS!! Today I will be sharing my skincare routine for the cold cold winter<3 I know the typical Korean Skincare routine has 10 steps.. but I do not. I’m too lazy. haha I work a full time job and when I get home from work I am TIRED. I am tired of work, tired of people, and tired of being awake. Therefore my skincare routine is condensed and easy to complete every day! Without further ado let’s get into it~!

So on most days I do not wear makeup. At most I wear lipstick. Weekends I’ll wear a full face of makeup to just practice my skills and use up my current supply of products. If I am wearing makeup that day, I’ll use a makeup remover (not wipe, I hate wipes), an oil cleanser and a foam cleanser. Current foam cleanser is Caolion O2 Sparkling Blackhead soap! Review on this will be released soon!!

After foam cleansing I will apply my Innisfree Green Tea Pure Skin Toner. I did a video of my favorite Innisfree products and this toner is one of them! The bottle I am currently using has lasted me almost a year!!! Sooooo much product from one little bottle. And this toner will not hurt at all, it is so sensitive and refreshing 🙂

PhotoGrid_1511666078588After toner to balance your ph levels, I use the Elisha Coy Moist Up Ampoule Serum-this serum delivers active ingredients deep into my skin so I can skip a light moisturizer! After serum I apply my new Estee Lauder Advanced Night Eye Cream! Man.. this eye cream is really really thick. Good for winter but in general this thickness is a good thing! You know the skin underneath your eyes are incredibly thin so this step is vital. Last but not least I use my favorite Tony Moly Banana Sleeping Pack! This sleeping pack is also super duper thick which is perfect for cold weather! It seals everything I just applied onto my face in so I can sleep in peace<3

photogrid_1480043921174Now that is four products after cleansing, SEVEN steps total. I know it is still a fair amount of products but these all pack a punch.

An additional step I do once a week is an exfoliator (Innisfree Jeju Scrub)! I exfoliate after I foam cleanse! I haven’t tried a chemical exfoliator yet but I’m looking for one! If you guys know of a good chemical one, lemme know in the comments below!!

Another step I really need to add to my routine is 1 face mask a day. A lot of ladies in Korea do it and I want to.. I’m just so tired after my shower and cleansing I just slap on the Banana Sleeping Pack and pass out! I have a billion face masks though.. need to use themm!!

22Okay guys so that is it! 7 steps to build perfect skin in the cold harsh weather! I think the most important thing to take from this is to use effective products rather than a lot of products and to make sure you don’t dry out. The lack of moisture in the air in the wintertime can hurt you if you’re not protected. If you don’t have a sleeping pack handy use vaseline!! Vaseline is literally a protective layer and safe to use! <3

  1. TULA Glycolic peel is great for everyday exfoliation. Very gentle and easy to use!
