Hi bunnies! I hope you guys are having an easy week! Today’s review will be the Sunday Riley – Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream
Let’s get into the review!
SPECS:
- Claims to “Deliver an intense water drench with 2 forms of hyaluronic acid while evening texture with papa enzymes and brightening with alpha-arbutin“.
- Sample size is 0.07 oz
- Full size is 1.7 oz
- Cruelty free
- On sale at Sephora for $65.
MY EXPERIENCE:
Surprisingly, this cream is green!! And has a watery consistency~
As I applied it I could smell something odd… Drew said it smelled like a flower but if it is, it’s a flower I do not like. Negative points on this cream already. I was about to put on a night cream on top of this and finish my skincare routine but my face started to sting!
I let it sit for awhile but it continued to sting so I actually took a cotton pad and wiped it off. I NEVER DO THIS so this product was a whole new level of awful. The last time I felt this type of sting was a Tony Moly mask from years ago.
What’s funny is that this cream has really bad reviews online LOL. I was doing research for the specs and saw them hahaha. Guess i’m not the only one with a bad experience!
By the way, wasn’t this the brand that got in trouble for putting fake reviews on Sephora?? LOLOL
And as a sample size, I cannot speak to its long term effects on the skin
That is it for today’s review!
Are there any good Sunday Riley products out there? Lemme know in the comments below!
Until next time!

oh no must be a poor product
I recently spent toooo much money on some Sunday Riley products. Ans no doubt I am pretty unhappy with them. For one, I hate having to take tbe time to use 6-7 products for my night time routine (and around 5 for morning routine). I noticed after a week and a half or so of using that I was getting there hard little white head like bumps on my chin and even cheeks. I ditched pretty much everything EXCEPT for this enzyme water cream!! LOL! I do actually it but thr rest of it is just overpriced crap imo!
Yeah I don’t see myself buying their products ever again! If u need a good brand, innisfree is a great skincare brand!
