Hi bunnies! Today’s review will be Target Brand’s UP & UP Eye Makeup Remover!
I think it’s hilarious that the front of the bottle says “Compare to L’Oreal’s Eye Makeup Remover” HAHA They called out L’Oreal by name! Wtf? Lol. Their oil free makeup remover compares it to Neutrogena. Target is bold indeed 🙂
Of course, this product is slightly cheaper than L’Oreal and Neutrogena’s removers. I think I paid $3.00 for this! It has 118.2ml and is liquid type remover.
This cotton pad and cotton swab show what the Up & Up got off of my eye makeup. Not bad~
To put things simply:
PRO-
-Got a lot of my makeup off
-Does not sting
CONS-
-Takes A LOT of liquid to get off my makeup
-I feel like I ran through this product very fast
-I’m better off with an oil cleanser
I would not repurchase. It’s an ehhhh basic product!
